Great meeting you guys today. I really like the remodel you have done so far and the countertops will be an awesome finishing touch to your project. I’m thankful to be a part of the vision.
  I’ve itemized your project below.
 
Here is a link I made for you with the payment option of a company Credit Card. I’ll break the payment into 2 installments. 
 
Work to be performed.
Mask and isolate the kitchen area using masking material and floor coverings. Mask cabinets and walls to protect from dust and mess.
Prepare primed laminate substrate by sanding, applying adhesion promoter, and degreasing the existing surface of the countertops. 
Apply Countertop Resin in the approved color of Salt and Pepper (found on Mikequist.com - color samples)
Apply “natural stone” sheen top coat for added scratch resistance, heat resistance, and U.V resistance
Clean up the job site and apply a coat of Countertop ceramic spray for a silky smooth feel. (Leave bottle of maintenance spray / cleaner)
Mount the kitchen sink provided (Plumbing is not included)

Labor and all materials included. $39. Per square foot
 
Kitchen and hallway buffet  total            52 sq ft     $2,028                         
 
Discount for a video creation opportunity and if the project is amazing a video testimonial would be awesome! Discount of $528.

Payment schedule 
The first will 50% be due upon starting the project.
The second will be 50% due upon completion. 
 
Project timeline 
I’ve been able to adjust my calendar. I can start this Monday Feb-24 and Feb 25. I would need to come back to apply my top coat on Monday March 3rd. (I’m going to Portland for my son's final wrestling tournament of the season, which is the Oregon state wrestling finals.)
 
*By paying for the first installment this will finalize this proposal into our agreement.
